Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria 1. It is caused by chronic strain, injury of muscles and bones, deficiency of Qi and blood. 2. The age of onset is about 50 years old. The incidence rate of female is higher than that of male, and the right shoulder is more than that of left shoulder. 3. Pain around the shoulder, especially at night, is often induced by weather changes and fatigue, and the shoulder joint movement is dysfunctional. 4. Atrophy of shoulder muscle, tenderness in front, back and outside of shoulder, obvious limitation of abduction function, and typical "shoulder" phenomenon. 5. The line examination is mostly negative, and osteoporosis can be seen in patients with long-term disease. Inclusion criteria 1. Patients who meet the above diagnosis criteria of shoulder periarthritis; 2. Patients who did not receive any treatment within one week before the study; 3. Patients over 40 years old and under 75 years old (including 75 years old), regardless of gender; 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and were willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate or severe osteoporosis or other diseases of shoulder or shoulder that are not healed; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, tumor and psychosis; 3. Patients who take drugs that affect the curative effect and take other comprehensive treatment for a long time; 4. Exclude those who give up treatment in the middle of the study and those who are unable or unwilling to fill in the objective index of study effect.
