Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of acute appendicitis with localized peritonitis; 2. Combined with what is seen during the operation, they are suppurative appendicitis; 3. The patient signs relevant informed consent, both the patient and family understand the risks and benefits of the clinical trial and agree to participate in the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of other acute abdomen or Alvarad score 60 years old; 3. Appendicitis during pregnancy; 4. Acute complicated appendicitis (appendic gangrene or perforation or peripheral abscess) or peripheral abscess after conservative treatment and then admitted to the hospital for surgical treatment; 5. Patients use antibiotics (including oral and intravenous antibiotics) before surgery; 6. Require conservative treatment after admission; 7. Refuse to participate in clinical trials; 8. Combined with systemic basic diseases such as diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; 9. There are contraindications to laparoscopic surgery.
