Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with suspected clinical uterine tumor, such as abnormal uterine bleeding with obesity, hypertension, diabetes, delayed menopause, infertility or infertility, family history of endometrial cancer or colorectal cancer, Lynch syndrome, P53 mutation, inactivation of tumor suppressor genes P16, e-cadherin inactivation, and Her2/neu gene overexpression, etc.; (2) Patients with definite uterine tumor, but whose stage is unknown.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, vaginal cancer, or other non-female reproductive system malignant diseases, serious organ diseases, coagulation function abnormalities.
