General anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Interventions

Fentanyl group:Fentanyl group: intravenous injection of fentanyl 3-4ug / kg during anesthesia induction
intravenous injection of fentanyl 50ug during skin suture.
Sufentanil group:Sufentanil group: intravenous injection of Sufentanil 0.3-0.4ug / kg during anesthesia induction
intravenous injection of Sufentanil 5ug during skin suture.

20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-55 years old, BMI 18.5-24.9kg/m2, ASA I orII grade, interincisor distance >= 2.5cm, chin nail distance >= 6.5cm, head and neck mobility normal, Mallampati I or II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI >= 25kg / m2; 2. difficult airway; 3. history of airway hyperreactive disease in one month; 4. allergies of benzodiazepinesnon depolarizing muscle relaxants opioid drugs; 5. neuromuscular junction disease; 6. myasthenia gravis; 7. schizophrenia;severe depression, etc.; 8. cardiovascular disease and patients taking drugs that affect heart rate and blood pressure in the near future; 9. severe anemia, coagulation dysfunction, etc.
