Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary participation in this project; (2) Information on the initial dose and stable dose of warfarin anticoagulant therapy; (3) With warfarin-related genes CYP2C9 and VKORC1 genotypes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy or lactation; (2) Severe liver dysfunction (bilirubin is 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal and AST / ALT / alkaline phosphatase is 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal); (3) Severe renal insufficiency; (4) Severe heart failure; (5) A history of gastrointestinal hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, or other serious bleeding in the past 3 months [bleeding that causes a decrease in hemoglobin >=20g/L (1.24mmol/L); or bleeding requiring infusion of >=2 units of red blood cells]; (6) Malignant tumor; (7) Blood diseases; (8) Severe pulmonary hypertension (PAPm>=45mmHg); (9) Abnormal thyroid function; (10) Severe mental illness and mental disorders.
