Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe COPD at stable stage; FEV1 accounts for 30%-50% of the estimated value; Aged 40-70 years old; primary school education or above, communication barrier-free.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe lung bullae, rib fracture, pneumothorax without drainage; 2. suffering from serious complications, such as severe cardiopneumatic disease, pulmonary encephalopathy; 3. those undergoing other clinical trials; 4. hereditary allergies, asthma, allergic rhinitis. Withdraw criteria: (1) after the subjects were enrolled, it was found that the patients were wrongly included or misdiagnosed; (2) those who were not treated according to the research plan during the study period; (3) acute aggravation during the study; (4) those who interrupted the treatment due to other diseases.
