Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The weman, who aged 20-40 years, having normal sexual life for 1 year without any contraceptive measures, did not succeed in pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Male factors were excluded, reproductive tract malformation and endocrine factors were excluded, and patients with other malignant tumors, immune system and mental diseases were excluded.Women who received antibiotics within 2 weeks and had vaginal administration within 3 days were excluded.
