Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who want to undergo orthotopic liver transplantation; 2. Patients aged >=18 years old; 3. The patients and / or their legal representatives participated in the study voluntarily and signed the informed consent of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Living related liver transplantation patients; 2. Patients who received liver transplantation again; 3. Patients with multiple organ transplantation or previous organ transplantation; 4. Patients who were treated with IVF or hemodialysis during transplantation. 5. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases, pulmonary infection, obvious pulmonary dysfunction or other important organ dysfunction before operation; 6. Patients who died within 24 hours after operation; 7. Select the patients who have participated in the clinical trials of other drugs or special treatment in the previous 3 months; 8. Patients and their legal representatives refused to participate in the study; 9. Cases violating the inclusion or exclusion criteria; 10. Missing cases or cases with incomplete information.
