Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathology and imaging conform to CCCG-2016-HB diagnostic criteria for hepatoblastoma; (2) Aged1-12 years, regardless of gender; (3) Echocardiography or radionuclide angiography to assess ejection fraction >= 47%; (4) Normal lung function test; (5) The family members of the children sign an informed consent form and voluntarily accept randomization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are other serious genetic diseases, immunodeficiency diseases or organ transplantation and other diseases; (2) The general situation is poor, and the expected survival period is less than 6 months; (3) Previously performed chemotherapy or tumor targeted therapy (ie radiotherapy, biological agents, local therapy (embolization, radiofrequency ablation and laser treatment); (4) Patients currently receiving another study drug; (5) Patients with severe infection; (6) Patients who are allergic to any drugs in the expected treatment plan, including CT-enhanced contrast media.
