Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 80 men and women; 2. Patients with unresectable or relapsed clear cell renal cell carcinoma, including or without sarcomatoid components, who have not received systematic anti-tumor treatment and have been confirmed histologically; 3. Patients with good function of important organs; 4. Patients who are willing and able to comply with the visit, treatment, laboratory examination and other research procedures of the research plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received anti-tumor system treatment in the past, including but not limited to cytokines (IL-2, IFN-alpha, etc.), immunosuppressant (anti-PD-1, PD-L1 or CTLA-4 antibody, etc.); targeted treatment (sunitinib, acitinib, solafeni, pezopanil, cabotinib, lovatinib, bevacizumab or everolimus, etc.); 2. Patients who received traditional Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine preparations or immunosuppressants (including but not limited to glucocorticoids) with anti-tumor indications within 2 weeks before enrollment; 3. Patients with advanced or other malignant tumors requiring treatment within 5 years before admission; 4. Patients who have a history of CNS metastasis or whose baseline imaging (MRI or CT) shows CNS metastasis within 30 days before admission; 5. Patients with serious underlying diseases, including but not limited to poorly controlled hypertension, recent cardiovascular events, deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, clinically significant gastrointestinal (GI) abnormalities, interstitial pneumonia; 6. Patients with infectious diseases, including but not limited to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, active HBV or HCV infection; 7. Patients who have received live vaccine within 30 days before randomization, including but not limited to mumps, rubella, measles, herpes zoster (varicella), yellow fever, rabies, BCG and typhoid vaccine; 8. Patients with known history of mental illness or drug abuse; 9. Patients with unhealed wounds; 10. According to the judgment of the researcher, the subjects may confuse the test results and interfere with their participation in the whole process.
