Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women in lactation or pregnancy; 2. DXA bone mineral density examination results suggested that one of the effective sites (lumbar L1-4 effective mean value, femoral neck, total hip) T value <= -1.0. 3. Low trauma fractures (or spontaneous fractures, or fractures found on examination) with at least one or more sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With liver and renal insufficiency at baseline; 2. Patients with hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism or hypothyroidism, hypercortisol, adrenocortical hypothyroidism, hypophysis, renal tubular acidosis, SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, glucocorticoid use; 3. Combined bone tumor or tumor bone metastasis; 4. Merger of other diseases that seriously affect the quality of life.
