Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The experiment recruited 60 qualified female college students aged 18-26. Long-term desk work, irregular daily activities, and one of the following bad postures, for example, round shoulder hunchback, head forward, high shoulder pelvis forward; no trauma or severe spinal disease; subjects agreed to take measures and sign the consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude college students who exercise regularly; good posture, no bad posture (round shoulder hunchback, head forward, pelvis forward); people with trauma and severe spinal disease; people who are unable to participate in physical exercise due to physical and other reasons.
