60 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged >=60 years old; (2) diagnosis of MCI; (3) absence of self-reported visual or auditory impairment; (4) no regular physical exercise (regular exercise means exercise with a frequency of at least twice a week and at least 30 min per session); (5) Be able to sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of neurological, psychiatric and other severe medical issues that may affect brain function; (2) presence of unstable cardiac disease, significant cerebrovascular disease, musculoskeletal impairment and other severe medical conditions for which exercise is contraindicated, according to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM); (3) a history of alcohol dependency or other addiction within 10 years; (4) taking any medications in the past 6 months which may cause impaired or improved cognitive performance; (5) participation in other research projects.
