Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation of fractures for the first time; (2) complete clinical case data, imaging examination data and hematological report data; (3) patients without thyroid disease or iodine metabolism disease before surgery; (4) patients followed up for more than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and other major organs, who cannot tolerate anesthesia or surgery with possible risks; (2) patients who have recently been examined with iodine contrast agent or treated with thyroid drugs; (3) patients allergic to iodine volt; (4) patients with infection at the surgical site.
