50 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 50 to 79 years with severe pelvic organ prolapse (at least 1 compartment >=stage 3, especially vaginal apical prolapse), operated for the first time and who wanted to preserve sexual function after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who had a history of severe adhesions, pelvic inflammation diseases, suspected severe endometriosis, suspicion of gynecologic malignancy, or a fixed uterus noted at pelvic examination.
