Age
30 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-59 years female with sexual life; 2. voluntary participating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of cervical conization surgery (including CKC and LEEP); (2) history of total hysterectomy or cervix resection; (3) history of pelvic radiotherapy; (4) gestation period; (5) acute or recurrent genital and urinary tract infections.
