Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing heart surgery after cardiopulmonary bypass. 2. Preoperative MMSE score >= 23.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative dementia, brain atrophy and other uncooperative diseases. 2. With history of mental illness and serious visual and auditory disorders. 3. With history of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease or alcohol or drug dependence.
