18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective unilateral distal radius fracture surgery; (2) Aged 18 to 65 years; (3) Weight between 50 and 85 kg; (4) The American Society of Anesthesiologists status I to II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combining basic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease; (2) Suffer from severe mental illness; (3) History of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 6 months; coronary angiography suggested severe stenosis of the main branches of the coronary arteries; (4) History of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) People who are intolerant or allergic to local anesthetic and hydromorphinone; (7) Patients were judged unsuitable for inclusion in the trial.
