Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pacemaker and implantable cardioverter defibrillator under cardiopulmonary bypass are not limited to men and women. They are 0-90 years old. Their body mass index (BMI) is 17.9-24.9, ASA II - III, and their cardiac function is classified as NYHA I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with thoracic malformation who can not be blocked, whose left ventricular ejection fraction is less than 40%, who have diabetes history and infection.
