Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COVID-19 confirmed with SARS-COV-2 RNA detection; 2. Hypertension diagnosis; 3. Aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to Aliskiren or Nifedipine; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. History of Aliskiren related angioedema; 4. Severe kidney disease or other organs failure need ICU care; 5. Cardiogenic shock or KOCK utricle; 6. Participation in anther clinical studies within 3 months of enrollment.
