Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with tuberculosis; 2. Patients with respiratory insufficiency: have respiratory distress symptoms, respiratory rate (RR) is more than 30 times / min, tidal volume (TV) is less than 300ml, arterial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) is less than 80mmHg, arterial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) is more than 55mmhg and oxygenation index, OI) less than 200.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system tuberculosis; 2. It is tuberculous damaged lung, and there is respiratory insufficiency at ordinary times. This time, it is a patient with increased respiratory insufficiency and ventilator dependence after tracheal intubation; 3. Patients with cachexia and risk of ventilator dependence; 4. Patients with Apache II score less than 16, multiple organ system dysfunction and ventilator dependence risk after evaluation; 5. Patients with stress ulcer bleeding or perforation of digestive tract; 6. Patients with facial injury or deformity who can not be treated with non-invasive mask mechanical ventilation.
