Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with cyanotic congenital heart disease undergoing CPB cardiac surgery in our hospital; 2. Children under 1 year old; 3. Children whose weight is more than 2.5kg; 4. Children with preoperative oxygen saturation greater than 80%; 5. Children with hemoglobin greater than 100g / L before operation; 6. The child whose guardian has signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants; 2. Children with liver, kidney, lung, brain and other important organ diseases; 3. Lac > 2.5mmol/l in the artery before operation; 4. Children with rescue history before operation; 5. Children whose mothers have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Children who have major complications during and after operation, such as cardiac arrest, difficulty in breaking away from cardiopulmonary bypass, etc..
