Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years male and female; 2. High risk group of diabetes; 3. Subjects who did not participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before selection; 4. Subjects willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients who are taking glucocorticoids orally; 3. Patients who are currently using hypoglycemic drugs; 4. Patients with chronic kidney disease, liver disease or gastrointestinal operation history; 5. Patients with malignant tumor; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 7. Patients with certain food allergies; 8. Patients with mental diseases, anorexia, bulimia or other specific eating disorders; 9. Patients who are unable or unwilling to cooperate to complete the study; 10. Pregnant women.
