Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical symptoms: there is a clear history of fracture and trauma, longitudinal percussion pain exists in the affected limb, local tenderness exists, limb function is limited but there is no abnormal activity, pay attention to whether there is blood supply and sensory disturbance at the distal end of the limb. 2. Imaging manifestations: X-ray film shows that there is no continuous callus formation or clearance between fracture ends, and the clearance is clear, even there is a large gap in the middle, the fracture end is sclerotic, and the fracture surface is smooth and clear; the fracture end is partially or completely atrophic and absorbed, with or without osteoporosis of the affected limb, the bone marrow cavity at the fracture end is completely or partially closed, and there is little or no bone trabecula formation between the callus No pseudoarthrosis was found. 3. all patients are over 20 years old and under 60 years old; 4. the subjects can voluntarily accept the treatment and adhere to the completion of the treatment plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the fracture end space was more than 10 mm; 2. Pathological fracture, clavicular fracture; 3. epiphyseal cartilage or lung, brain, spinal cord or important nerve and blood vessels in the area receiving extracorporeal shock wave treatment; 4. systemic active infection, local skin and tissue ulceration infection of the affected limb; 5. coagulation dysfunction or oral anticoagulants; 6. pregnant women; 7. steroid drugs, anticoagulants, calcium channel blockers and immunity Patients treated with antiviral drugs; 8. patients with pacemaker; 9. patients with thrombophlebitis or vascular insufficiency.
