Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Late adolescents (17 to 19 years old); (2) Experienced the Yushu earthquake in 2010; (3) With low resilience; (4) Informed consent from adolescents and their legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With diagnosed psychiatric disease; (2) With severe mental health problem indicated by Mental Health Inventory of Middle School Students; (3) Recommended by teachers as not suitable to join the study.
