18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The immediate family members signed the informed consent to participate in the experiment; (2) Aged 18-75 years old; (3) traumatic severe craniocerebral injury, GCS score between 3 and 8 points; (4) in line with the indications of decompression of bone flap.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-traumatic brain injury, such as drowning, cardiac arrest, aneurysm rupture, spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage, etc.; (2) surgical contraindications: long-term use of anticoagulant drugs, more basic diseases, unstable vital signs upon admission, difficulty in tolerating surgery, multi-organ failure, etc.; Special injury sites, such as brainstem or ventricular hematoma; (4) contrast agent allergy, renal function is poor can not use contrast agent; (5) admission GCS 3 points, after emergency treatment without obvious improvement; (6) Emergency brain stem failure, such as respiratory heartbeat difficult to maintain; (7) Lack of consent from family members to participate in clinical trials or participation of patients in other clinical trials.
