20 Years to 48 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum 6-8weeks; 2. BMI >= 21 kg/m2; 3. Term delivery; 4. No serious complications for neonatal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. taking hormone and other substances that affect weight; 3. being treated for weight loss; 4. planning pregnancy within one year; 5. psychiatric patients (schizophrenia, depression, mania, etc.); 6. epilepsy; 7. internal and external diseases requiring specific diet and exercise treatment (e.g. heart disease, malignant tumor, kidney disease, etc.); 8. persons with mobility impairments such as paraplegia; 9. persons unwilling to participate in the project.
