18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject diagnosized as ACL injury clinically, while the contralateral knee joint was intact; 2. Aged 18-45 years; 3. Time of injury: chronic injury (more than 3 months); Acute injury (within 3 months); 4. Injury type: sports injury; 5. Sports level before injury: regularly participate in sports activities before injury; 6. Hospitalized patients; 7. Autograft was used in all cases; 8. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple ligament injuries (ACL injuries combined with MCL injuries that do not require repair and reconstruction are excluded from the exclusion criteria, and ACL injuries combined with ACL injuries that require repair and reconstruction are excluded). 2. Immaturity; 3. Combination of other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases; 4. Drug and/or alcohol abuse; 5. Pregnant or nursing women.
