Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 50 years; 2. Clear consciousness, communicate freely.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have left the resident address; (2) Didn't live in the domicile palce,during the past six months; (3) Life expectancy < 3 months, estimated by rural doctor; (4) Have severe mental illness.
