40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Perimenopausal criteria: aged 40-55 years, menopausal symptoms or irregular menstrual cycle to 1 year of menopause; 2. Early menopause criteria: 45-60 years old women, natural menopause 1-5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The population with history of malignant tumor, cardiovascular disease, serious chronic disease, endocrine disease or secondary osteoporosis; 2. People who used estrogen, calcitonin or bisphosphonate beyond 6 months; 3. People who drink and abuse drugs; 4. Eliminate MHT taboos.
