Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years adult patients after continuous CSF external drainage in ICU: 2. the continuous CSF external drainage time of 72h; 3. or continuous the CSF external drainage time of less than 72h, but clinically suspected intracranial infection, with any of the following criteria: (1) no other reason Explained body temperature> 38 degree C and increased inflammation indicators; (2) Headache, meningeal irritation, seizures or worsening of consciousness that are difficult to explain in the original disease; (3) Drained cerebrospinal fluid turbidity and other characteristics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; patients with intracranial infection before surgery; 2. patients with malignant tumors or immunodeficiency diseases; 3. patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung and other important organs; 4. patiets who did not agree to sign the informed consent; 5. Incomplete clinical data.
