Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-80 years old; (2) patients who have symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, occult blood in the stool or who require physical examination for colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of intestinal surgery; (2) patients with intestinal tumor or other causes of intestinal obstruction; (3) presence of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage; (4) poor constitution or severe cardiopulmonary diseases and intolerance to endoscopy; (5) mental illness: including severe hysteria, do not have the independent ability; (6) patients requiring further emergency treatment; (7) patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent.
