18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing elective cardiac valve replacement or angioplasty in our hospital; 3. Patients or their guardians sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with kidney impairment before surgery; 2. Patients with chronic kidney dysfunction and need to dialysis; 3. Patients who need emergency surgery; 4. Patients with malignant tumor; 5. Patients who disagree to be involved.
