Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 2011 to January 2021, the pregnant women who were admitted(will admit) to Shanghai no. 6 people's hospital for regular labor and inpatient delivery; 2. Pregnant women with complete clinical data of 75g OGTT + islet function test during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who did not have a Production inspection; 2. Who are unable to cooperate with the follow-up; 3. Lost pregnant women.
