Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Continuous prospective collection of acute chest pain with elevated serum troponin or 12 lead ECG showed dynamic changes; 2. Patients to be treated with coronary stent implantation in emergency; 3. Patients aged 40 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection, body weight (BMI > 25kg / m2), heart valve disease, atrial fibrillation, malignant arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy, and patients with poor drug compliance were excluded; 2. Patients with renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate less than 60ml / MIM); 3. Patients who are allergic to iodine contrast agent; 4. Patients with hyperthyroidism; 5. Patients with abnormal blood viscosity and patients with previous myocardial infarction and vasculitis were excluded.
