18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of LE by MRI or ultrasound without obvious tear of tendon. 2. The symptoms is longger than 6 months. 3. After conservative treatment is ineffective or has poor effect. 4. Repeated symptoms (>= 2 times).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without any treatment. 2. Underwent surgery or PRP treatment and was ineffective. 3. Hematological diseases, infections, coagulation dysfunction, etc. are not suitable for surgery or PRP treatment. 4. The patient does not accept enrollment or follow-up plan. 5. Patients with mental symptoms who cannot complete the test and follow-up evaluation.
