Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Recently diagnosed small-cell lung cancer patients, PS score 0-1; 2. No previous radiation treatment of the brain; 3. Head MR or CT examination within 1 month before enrollment showed no metastasis; 4. Women of child-bearing age are tested negative for early pregnancy and agree to use adequate contraception during treatment; 5. The patient has enough understanding and education to understand the content of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had previously received head and neck radiotherapy, including stereotactic radiotherapy; 2. There were brain metastasis, ipsilateral lung metastasis and malignant pleural effusion confirmed by imaging; 3. It is planned to apply chemotherapy or targeted drug therapy together with cerebral prophylaxis irradiation; 4. Having a second primary cancer or malignancy in the past five years; 5. Epilepsy patients requiring long-term treatment; 6. Mental illness that affects cognitive function.
