Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 years or older; 2. stroke occurs within 2-6 months, Manual Muscle Test(MMT) >=3; 3. Patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) scores 5-14 or Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale-7 items(GAD-7) scores 5-14; 4. Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE) >=21; 5. participants voluntarily participated in the study on the basis of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack(TIA); 2. Severe heart, liver, renal insufficiency, respiratory failure and malignant tumors; 3. Patients with a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness, MMSE=15 or GAD 7 score >=15.
