Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients need to be double lumen endobronchial intubation anesthesia undergoing elective surgery, no limitation for age and gender, ASA I to II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous head and neck surgery history due to thyroid, oral, throat and other diseases; 2. Previous tracheotomy history; 3. A history of diabetes or mental illness; 4. Long-term acceptance of opioids, antipyretic and analgesic drugs or hormone therapy; 5. Symptoms such as pharyngeal pain, pharyngeal discomfort and hoarseness existed before the operation; 6. Allergic to local anesthetics; 7. The surgical site includes the neck; 8. Declined to participate.
