Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 10 children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are selected; 2. Patients aged 1-6 years, male and female unlimited; 3. Evaluation criteria for autism spectrum disorders: the history and behavior observation results can be clinically diagnosed as ASD patients according to the diagnostic criteria in the fifth edition of diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders (DSM-V).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with abnormal liver and kidney functions; 2. Children with immune system disorders; 3. The researcher thinks that it is not suitable for inclusion.
