Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for alopecia areata; 2. The area of hair loss does not exceed 30% of the area of the scalp; 3. The age is between 10 and 60 years old; 4. The patient has not received other treatment within 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with pseudoalopecia areata, cicatricial alopecia, hair loss due to tinea capitis, syphilis, and leprosy; 2. Those who have been treated with immunosuppressive agents and glucocorticoids within the past month; 3. Those who are allergic to ultraviolet light therapy; 4. Lactating and pregnant women; 5. People with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases and other autoimmune diseases; 6. People with severe mental diseases; 7. People with congenital rarity or alopecia; 8. Unable to persist Treatment and follow-up.
