Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-70 years; 2. Patients with interstitial cystitis with corresponding clinical manifestations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet one of the following conditions: 1. The patient is suffering from cystitis and has urinary tract infection within one month; 2. Have used or are using immunosuppressants or antibiotics and other drugs; 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases: SLE, etc.; 4. Have bladder tumor or ever had; 5. Had bladder surgery; 6. Serious urinary obstruction; 7. Have used the medicine bladder perfusion or bladder injection treatment; 8. Self intermittent or long-term catheterization.
