Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in NICU hospitalized in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021; 2. Gestational aged <= 32 weeks, weight < 1500g; 3. Tracheal intubation was performed within 24 hours after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude premature infants with severe congenital heart disease, severe digestive tract malformations, and premature infants with Down syndrome, genetic metabolic disease and severe asphyxia; 2. Premature babies who were hospitalized for < 28 days were excluded.
