Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Patients with chronic tonsillitis, tonsillar hypertrophy, tonsillar benign tumor and other diseases were diagnosed by pathological examination after operation; 3. No operative contraindication was found in preoperative examination; 4. Follow-up visit to hospital can be completed more than 1 month after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pharyngeal inflammation in patients with acute phase within 2 weeks; 2. Patients who took aspirin within one week before surgery; 3. Women who are menstruating or pregnant; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or family history were examined before operation.
