18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. ECOG performance status score 0-1; 3. Diagnosed with prostate cancer pathological; 4. Clinical stage: Tx, N0/N1, M1; 5. The volume of prostate is 30-60 ml; 6. No surgical treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia before; 7. No local treatment for primary lesion of prostate cancer and no contraindications for radical prostatectomy; 8. During research, including therapy, visiting and examination, the subjects volunteer and are able to obey project; 9. Signing informed consent file before study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Joining other study at the same time or joined similar study before; 2. Joined another testing production clinical study one month ago; 3. Underwent castration surgery or chemotherapy; 4. The subjects are allergic to acetate goserelin implants/casodex/docetaxel or content of these; 5. The subjects with poor mental and physical status; 6. The subjects refuse to obey project.
