Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Diseases Branch, patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and surgical conditions; patients aged more than 18 years; no routine examinations after admission, no abnormalities Stable, no obvious heart and liver and kidney and other important organs serious underlying diseases; preoperative pulmonary function tests without obvious ventilatory disorders; no mental and central nervous system symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients received chemoradiotherapy within 6 months prior to lung surgery. Intraoperative and postoperative tracheal intubation time > 24 h, or postoperative transfer. Those who have dropped out in time will replenish the sample size in time.
