30 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. White collar femail aged from 30 years to 40 years. 2. Subject who lives in Shanghai more than half a year. 3. Agree not to take any nutritional medications, supplements, or other dairy products including yogurt during the study; 4. Subject who voluntarily agrees to follow all the study requirements and procedures. 5. agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female subject who is pregnant or in lactation, easy to get allergy. 2. Patient who has mental illness or serious primary disease such as cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or hematologic disease,etc. 3. Patient who has disease which may be related with secondary osteoporosis, such as diabetes, hyperparathyroidism, ricketsandosteomalacia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple myeloma, etc. 4. Subject who has intaken drugs which influence the bone metabolism, such as cortisol,sexhormone,bisphosphonates,Cholecalciferol,calcitonin,parathyroid hormone, etc. 5. Subject who has lactose intolerance. 6. Subject who is joining other clinical trials. 7. Subject who does not provide complete information so that interferes the judgement of the study outcomes.
