Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the WHO (1999) diagnosis and classification criteria for type 2 diabetes; aged between 18 and 70 years old; diagnosis time >= 3 months; informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure; severe complications (such as stage IV and V nephropathy, proliferative retinopathy, etc.) or comorbidities; mental illness or cognitive impairment; combined with other malignant neoplasm;patients participating in other clinical trials.
