Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary breast cancer diagnosed by pathology and stage I to IIIa; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients who can communicate autonomously; 4. Patients with informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized again due to recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer; 2. Patients with severe brain, liver, kidney and other organs or other serious body diseases; 3. Patients who quit midway; 4. Patients who do not know their own conditions. Sample size calculation: estimate the sample size according to the formula.
