35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the 2019ESC/EAS guidelines for the management of dyslipidemia, dyslipidemia was above the marginal level (5.2 <= TC,3.4 <= ldl-c, unit mmol/L), aged 35-65 years, and received lifestyle intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, hypertension grade 2-3, unstable angina pectoris, diabetes, autoimmune disease, thyroid disease, chronic pancreatitis, abnormal liver and kidney function, BMI of > 35kg/?, myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction in the first half year.
